Black screen

I love logic puzzles and was excited when I found this app Ive played and finished 2 puzzles and halfway thur the third the screen went black and when I go back into the app its just black and have gotten no reply on how to fix this so its was fun but now upsetting that it was a waste of money on something I cant play
